That’s right. Anchors are made to sink. I guess that’s kind of how I felt whenever I was struggling with depression, it felt like all I could do was sink lower and lower, like there was no way to resurface. But now I have realized, I’m stronger than that, I’m strong enough not to sink anymore. 
That’s just me though.
